Hua Hin has two Waterparks, Vana Nava Hua Hin and Black Mountain Waterpark. Vana Nava Hua Hin is the more recently built, by a large Thai company called Proud Real Estate that also just happens to own among others Thailand’s’ InterContinental’s and Hua Hin’s biggest Shopping Centre Blúport. Residents of Hua Hin are divided in which of the two waterparks they favor but Vana Nava Hua Hin has entered the market with a big bang going after the Tourist and local market that like the latest in technology and the bigger and “badder” rides.

What differentiates Vana Nava Hua Hin from other Water parks in the region is their use of the latest technology such as RFID wristband. The RFID wristband allows guests to pay for purchases without bringing you wallet and when activated will even know to trigger a camera to take pictures of you whilst you’re on a ride.

The park has the usual mod cons but is set in a back drop of a Jungle theme with Waterfalls and lush greenery surrounding the entire park.

For those that like to laze around in the sun rent a Cabana at the man-made Coconut beach or grab a massage at the Massage Pavilion. When you start feeling peckish there is many stalls, coffee shops and restaurants, the largest being The Tree Top Lounge Restaurant.

The park offers every type of slide and ride imaginable some of them even being the first of its kind in Thailand, such as the longest slide in Thailand the Boomerang at 179 meter long. Or the Abyss that soars sliders up 28 meters, then spinning them around and then plummeting them into a huge funnel at almost 50 km an hour.

But not all attractions in Vana Nava Hua Hin are for extreme thrill seekers, the park offers a children’s water play area, a lazy river, a 31 meter tall Water fall, climbing and rope obstacle course, and even an underwater photography studio. Very popular with teenagers is the “Chang Surf Zone” surf simulator, they even provide training if you want to try out your surfing skills.

Vana Nava Hua Hin makes it very easy to spend the whole day bathing, playing and chilling in the comfort of Hua Hin town.
